Polygee ESP systems use our patented dual-zone plate-type electrostatic field technology. Kitchen exhaust air passes through an ionization stage where grease and smoke particles are electrically charged, then collected on oppositely charged stainless steel plates. Polygee LK units measured 96.0–97.6% grease removal in third-party tests — without the ongoing cost of disposable filters — saving your customers significant maintenance costs.

Our commercial kitchen ESP systems remove the bulk of grease and smoke (96.0–97.6% measured on LK units in third-party tests), depending on the model and cooking conditions. The patented dual-zone plate-type collector cell design increases particle capture surface area.
An in-duct kitchen electrostatic precipitator is a modular unit installed inside existing ductwork — ideal for retrofitting existing kitchens without structural changes. The integrated ESP hood is an all-in-one solution combining a stainless steel hood, built-in ESP, LED lighting, and auto oil drainage — well suited for new kitchen installations where space efficiency is critical.
Yes. For kitchens where odor is a primary concern (e.g., BBQ, deep-fry, or residential-adjacent locations), we recommend our UV-C photolysis odor control unit and/or activated carbon filter as add-on stages. These can be installed downstream of the ESP for a complete multi-stage exhaust purification system.
Ordering & Pricing

MOQ varies by product model. For standard in-line ESP units, the MOQ is 1 unit — sample and trial orders are welcome across the range. Contact us for specific model requirements and volume discount pricing.
For standard commercial kitchen ESP models, our lead time is 7 to 15 days. For OEM/customized orders or large wholesale batches, lead times are quoted individually with your specification. We also maintain stock of popular models for faster delivery.
We ask for a 30% deposit (or 50% by agreement), with the balance paid before shipment. Both T/T and L/C are accepted, and Incoterms are arranged to suit the buyer (EXW / FOB / CIF).

ESP Installation, Cleaning & Maintenance

Yes, we provide comprehensive installation support including detailed installation manuals, video guides, remote technical assistance via WhatsApp, and on-site training for large projects. Our technical team is available during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 GMT+8), with WhatsApp for fast follow-up.
For standard commercial kitchens, we recommend electrostatic precipitator cleaning every 7–15 days depending on cooking volume and grease output. The ESP cleaning process is straightforward: the collector cells are fully washable — simply soak them in alkaline cleaning solution, rinse with water, and re-install. No filter replacements needed, which significantly reduces long-term operating costs.
To wash an electrostatic filter, first switch off the unit and disconnect power. Slide the collector cells out of the housing, soak them in warm water with an alkaline degreasing detergent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Let the cells dry completely before re-installing to avoid arcing when power is restored. The washable mesh pre-filter is cleaned the same way. Avoid abrasive brushes and acidic cleaners, which can damage the plate surfaces.
With proper maintenance and a regular ESP cleaning routine, Polygee ESP systems are designed for a long service life. The collector cells are made from durable stainless steel and are fully washable and reusable. The power supply unit features built-in surge protection and auto-shutdown safety mechanisms to support long-term reliability.
Common replacement components (collector cells, power supplies, ionization wires) are kept in stock and can be shipped promptly, and spare parts remain supplied for 1 year after a model is discontinued. The complete unit is covered by a 1-year warranty covering the ESP field cells and SPP power supply; UV lamps and activated carbon media are consumables outside the warranty, and labor or on-site service is not included (paid on-site service is available). Online technical support is provided Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 (GMT+8), with priority parts supply agreements for distributors.
