Polygee ESP systems use our patented dual-zone plate-type electrostatic field technology. Kitchen exhaust air passes through an ionization stage where grease and smoke particles are electrically charged, then collected on oppositely charged SUS304 stainless steel plates. This achieves 90–99% filtration efficiency without the ongoing cost of disposable filters — saving your customers significant maintenance costs.

The integrated ESP hood is an all-in-one solution combining a 304 stainless steel hood, built-in ESP, LED lighting, and auto oil drainage — perfect for new kitchen installations where space efficiency is critical.
Yes. For kitchens where odor is a primary concern (e.g., BBQ, deep-fry, or residential-adjacent locations), we recommend our UV-C photolysis odor control unit and/or activated carbon filter as add-on stages. These can be installed downstream of the ESP for a complete multi-stage exhaust purification system.

MOQ varies by product model. For standard in-line ESP units, the MOQ is typically 5 units. For all-in-one exhaust hood systems, we can accommodate orders starting from 2 units. Contact us for specific model requirements and volume discount pricing.
For standard commercial kitchen ESP models, our lead time is typically 7 to 15 working days. For OEM/customized orders or large wholesale batches, it takes about 25–30 days depending on the specifications. We also maintain stock of popular models for faster delivery.

Installation & Maintenance

Yes, we provide comprehensive installation support including detailed installation manuals, video guides, remote technical assistance via WhatsApp, and on-site training for large projects. Our technical team is available for real-time support across all time zones.
For standard commercial kitchens, we recommend cleaning every 2–4 weeks depending on cooking volume and grease output. The collector cells are fully washable — simply soak in alkaline cleaning solution, rinse with water, and re-install. No filter replacements needed, which significantly reduces long-term operating costs.
With proper maintenance, Polygee ESP systems are designed to last 10–15 years. The collector cells are made from durable aluminum alloy and are fully washable and reusable. The power supply unit features built-in surge protection and auto-shutdown safety mechanisms to ensure long-term reliability.
We maintain a global spare parts inventory and provide 24-hour online technical support. Common replacement components (collector cells, power supplies, ionization wires) can be shipped within 3 working days. For distributors, we offer extended warranty programs and priority parts supply agreements.
