Electrostatic Precipitator Supplier for Commercial Kitchens: Own Factory in Zhangjiagang, MOQ 1 Unit, 7–15 Day Lead Time
Polygee is the manufacturer, not a trading company. As an electrostatic precipitator supplier with its own factory at No. 8 Ansheng Road, Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, Jiangsu Polygee Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (BSE: 920802) has designed, built and shipped kitchen ESP units to 50 countries since 2004. Every unit is inspected before it leaves the plant.
Supplier Facts at a Glance
The items a purchasing department checks before it approves a new electrostatic precipitator supplier, in one place: who we are, where the factory is, and the commercial terms behind an order.
Jiangsu Polygee Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (BSE: 920802) is a Beijing Stock Exchange-listed manufacturer of commercial kitchen exhaust purification equipment, founded in 2004. The listing means audited accounts and public filings, which is the first thing many procurement teams ask a Chinese supplier for.
Production runs in a 110,000㎡ self-owned manufacturing base in Zhangjiagang with MES-driven lines and an in-house testing area. Purification efficiency is documented by CMA-accredited third-party tests (LK series up to 97.6% at the tested airflow).
We hold 225 patents granted (39 invention patents) and publish our certificate numbers by model: CE (FQC2602501), UL 867 on three listed models (File E522667), RoHS by series and ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001. The full scope of each document is in the table further down this page.

Which Document Covers Which Model
Certificates are issued per series or per model, never for a whole catalog. Match the model number on your order against the document, and ask for a copy before you sign. The complete list with validity dates is on the ESP certificates page. If you are writing the tender, the clause-by-clause version, with the document that answers each clause, is on our ecology unit specification page.

A listing or certificate proves what it names and nothing more: UL 867 addresses electrical safety and ozone limits, CE addresses conformity for the named series, and an efficiency report applies at the tested airflow. None of them replaces a site acceptance test. What to ask any ESP supplier for, and how to read each document, is set out in our commercial kitchen ESP buying guide.

Five Steps from Inquiry to Delivery
What you receive at each step, so there are no surprises between the first email and the container.
Your Brand on Our Units, or Our Brand in Your Territory
Polygee has supplied ODM units to landmark projects since 2012 and runs a distributor program with territory terms. Both routes start with the same factory, the same inspection before shipment and the same 1-year warranty. OEM orders carry your logo and cabinet color on standard models; quantities and lead time are agreed case by case, and which certificates apply to an OEM-marked unit is confirmed in writing per order, model by model. ODM projects run through four steps: requirement discussion, design and prototyping, MES-managed production with inspection before packing, then delivery and after-sales support in your market. Distributors get territory terms, product training and marketing materials, and place a first trial order at the same MOQ of 1 unit.
-
OEM branding — your logo and cabinet color on standard models; quantities and lead time agreed case by case.
-
ODM development — the four-step program is described on the About Polygee page.
-
Distribution — territory terms, training and marketing materials for HVAC contractors and kitchen equipment dealers. Apply through the ESP distributor program.
-
Pricing — budget ranges and what a quotation includes are explained in our electrostatic precipitator price guide.
Send Us the Inputs, Get a Quotation Within 24 Hours on Business Days
Cooking type, exhaust airflow or hood size, duct size, supply voltage and destination port are enough for a first quotation. You receive a proforma invoice with Incoterms, the datasheet and the certificate copies that apply to the quoted models. Where each input comes from, and what you receive against it, is on our ESP enquiry sheet page.
