Application Scenarios

Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Solutions for Every Scenario

No two kitchens are the same. Our commercial kitchen ESP solutions are precisely engineered to match your cooking equipment, exhaust volume, and local building codes and compliance requirements.

Solution 01

Restaurant Kitchen Exhaust Purification

Tackle grease-laden smoke from wok stations, deep fryers, and charbroilers. Our modular kitchen exhaust filtration systems help your restaurant meet emission standards while reducing fire risk from duct grease buildup — working alongside the fire suppression system required by code, not replacing it.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Solutions

For commercial kitchens, our LK and LK-E series modular ESPs are ideal. LK units measured 96.0–97.6% grease removal in CMA-accredited third-party tests, with modular designs starting at 2,000 m³/h per unit (top capacity engineered per project) and parallel configurations for larger projects. Both series carry CE certification (FQC2602501), with UL Listed models for North America. Our engineers can recommend the optimal configuration based on your cooking type, volume, and local regulations. View our kitchen electrostatic precipitator →
ESPs capture submicron grease and smoke particles — Polygee LK units measured 96.0–97.6% grease removal in third-party tests, far beyond what basic mesh filters catch. ESPs also significantly reduce fire risk by preventing grease buildup in ductwork, and use washable collector cells instead of disposable filters — removing recurring filter costs.
Yes. Our modular ESP units can be configured in parallel to handle food court airflows of 60,000+ m³/h from multiple kitchen exhaust points through a centralized duct system. We provide custom engineering designs for food court layouts. See the food court ESP solution →
The LK and LK-E series and UV modules carry CE certification (FQC2602501); core LK/SE models (6K/12K/18K) are UL Listed (UL 867, File E522667); LK/SE/HME/FMC/HPS/LK-E are RoHS compliant, plus CCEP and CQC product certification. We provide compliance documentation for regulatory requirements across 50 countries worldwide. View our ESP certifications →
Collector cells should be cleaned regularly — from roughly every 5–7 days in heavy BBQ kitchens to every 3–6 weeks for light café use; a typical restaurant runs every 2–4 weeks. The cells are fully washable using standard alkaline solution or commercial dishwashers. No filter replacements are needed, which removes ongoing consumable costs. Browse all kitchen ESP FAQs →
Yes. Our compact modular ESP cells can be retrofitted into existing kitchen hood systems and ductwork without major structural modifications. Our engineering team will provide a custom integration plan based on your current setup. Request a free consultation →
No. Polygee ESP units are engineered for low airflow resistance, so your existing exhaust fans and make-up air supply keep operating as designed. The ESP installs in the duct between the exhaust hood and the fan, and it works alongside the code-required fire suppression system.
